i can only conclude. people only write poems when they are inspired by significant incidents that have just happened or awake their inspiration when we reflect on the past. Or by being over-sensitive that the smallest of things, the triviality become excessively significant, in a delusive grab for inspiration just to fuel their literature.

literature. a channel for unwritten thoughts. or simply superfluous words meant to complicate.

i once told someone. to always live for the moment. that beauty is in simplicity. but as I reflect now, wasn't i just telling that person to simply forget our cares into this world of ours? true, beauty is in simplicity but I've never really seen the benefit for simplicity, nor complexity for that matter. neither is arbitrary nor intricacy.

hasn't anyone looked at the absolutes at all? what is absolute? yes, TOK lessons once more. absolutes are truths. that withstand the test of time. unchanged and unmoved. yet, as mere human minds, we can never be able to comprehend absolutes as our brain survives on change. change drives us to live, to improve and to destroy. we can never create, for to create something there must be an absolute trait that ensures it exists. everything is temporal, for change happens all around us and as such there really isn't any meaning to life is there?

yet. we are still here. by this, i can only derive on one absolute. and quoting from Descartes, who i'm starting to think was the only philosopher who actually made sense. "Cogito Ergo Sum", i think, therefore i am. the fact that we think, to even question or doubt shows that we are an entity and that this thoughts don't spawn out of nowhere for in worldly ability, nothing comes out of nothing. so, to exist, we can only have something that isn't of this world. a soul.

to have a soul. means we exist. its an absolute. this soul will remain for eternity, it cannot be destroyed. therefore, it is out of our soul that thoughts are created, for only absolutes can create them and so ensure they exist.

however, our souls are limited. their ability, though powerful, are restricted by the world. and by the fact that even though our souls are absolutes. we cannot explain certain things that happen to us, that happen around us, for we are not the ones who created them. we are infinite in certain ways. yet finite in almost all ways. ultimately there is a limit for us to reach.

this leaves to the fact that for a finite absolute to exist. an infinite absolute has to be present to ensure the term finite exists. this is the second absolute we know. that there is God. only God, an infinite absolute can truly define what is finite and that His creations are merely imageries of his limitless power. His ability to create is astounding, for Genesis 1:3 God said "let there be light and there was light" at a word, something unimaginable happened, and there was light. could we humans have the ability to think up of somethin so trivial yet magnimatic is light? are we able to create life? or another absolute? this are our limitations. and only the infinite absolute can create them.

Many have questioned, who created God? but don't they realise. God is an infinite absolute. He wasn't created. He was the absolute there all along. He was the basis for anything to happen. like cells started the differentiation to plants. and then to animals. but again. to correctly imagerize this. it would be impossible. for again. I am finite.

God is infinite. Yet. He chose to love us. mere souls who in our very first act. disobeyed him already by taking that fruit. though only adam and eve bit the forbidden fruit. I'm sure everyone has had that taste of the fruit, now called sin.

Romans 3.23 "for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" as simple as that. we lost that connection with the infinite absolute. thus cutting short any hope of being part of an infinite being. to have infinite connection, its as good as life. to have this constant refreshed feeling of being created again and again. and passing this joy on by creating thoughts of joy. and sharing them. without this connection. its as good as death. hell is only an imagery of what's worse to come. suffering is one thing. to have that connection lost forever is the worst ever.

still, John 3.16 "for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life" To save us, the infinite being had to create a finite self for only through a finite imagery of Himself, can God bridge that gap. in another sense. God also brought this finite self to the world. that we might know God a little better through this finite self. this finite self would be the representation of the infinite one. so it's right to say that we should be Christ(the finite self)-like.

Harken all, the infinte one is comin back to claim his sheep. only the finite ones still connected to Him will be taken.

to a friend. and to all. and even to myself. i will constantly remind myself of this verse. that no matter what persecution we face, no matter the difficulties, Psalms 34.18 "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted amd saves those who are crushed in spirit" and 34.17 "the righteous cry out and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles"

isn't it wonderful? simplicity vs absolute vs mulitplicity.
i chose the one less travelled by,
and that has made all the difference.
